Location near the train station made travel easy. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Helpful staff made my stay pleasant. Breakfast offered a good selection, but hot food was in a separate area, leading to some confusion. The only downside was the neighborhood, which felt unsafe at night with groups gathering outside. Limited dining options nearby. Overall, a solid place with some drawbacks.

historic décor, spacious triple room, convenient train station access
Unresolved maintenance issues!!! Slow elevators frustrated my attempts to reach my floor quickly!!! The area felt somewhat unsafe at night with groups loitering around, which put a damper on my overall experience.

Room felt a bit dated.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I had a frustrating experience with the housekeeping. On two occasions, they entered my room without knocking, creating a very unsettling situation. To make matters worse, cleanliness in both the bedroom and bathroom was lacking, which was very disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

charming ambiance , but outdated feel
The hotel has a unique character that brings the charm of old-world Italy straight to your experience. The staff were wonderfully attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Waking up to a stunning city view added a special touch to our visit.
The furnishings felt quite dated which might deter some guests.
